◇ TTC and Harbin City Government Signed the Framework Agreement for Natural Gas Cooperation
Mr. Li Yilin, CEO of Triastoria Group, signed the framework agreement of strategic cooperation with Mr. Wang Shihua, the deputy mayor of Harbin on building city natural gas projects in the cities/countries of Harbin at the 21st China Harbin Fair for Trade and Economic Cooperation on June 16th, 2010. Mr. Gai Ruyin, executive vice governor of Hei Longjiang & Secretary Municipal Committee of the CPC of Harbin; Mr. Zhang Xiaolian, Mr. Zou Xinsheng, Mr. Jiang Ming, Mr. Jiang Guowen, Mr. Zhang Guihua and Mr. Zhang Shaoliang attended the signing ceremony.
According to the agreement, in order to meet the local requirement of commercial, residential and vehicle natural gas, Triastoria Group intends to invest 2 billion yuan to build city gas facilities including LNG storage & distribution stations, natural gas pipelines, CNG refueling stations etc. in the following eight cities/countries: Fang Zheng, Wu Chang, Shang Zhi, Bin Xian, Ba Yan, Yan Shou, Mu Lan and Tong He. As the city backup natural gas source, LNG storage & distribution stations will also be built in Harbin to increase the city gas reserve capability

◇ Xichang Yinglian Gas Successfully Took Over Local Gas Operator
On March 22nd，2010, Xichang Yinglian Gas Co.,Ltd successfully took over Xichang Tianyuan Gas Co. to become the controlling shareholder of Tianyuan.
The takeover was a milestone in Xichang City Gas Project, and layed a good foundation for the development of TTC's city gas business.

◇ Delivery Ceremony for Hai Yang Shi You 697(AHTS)
Under Triastoria's hardwork,our business partner Bumi Armada Navigation in Malaysia and offshore oil engineering co., ltd has achevied a successful delivery ceremony for Hai yang shi you 697(AHTS) in Nanhai hotel, Shenzhen, China. This project takes nearly one year to conclude after Buyer's offer, Seller's counter offer and 6 round negotiations. MOA for 1st vessel(formerly named as AT106, then renamed as Hai Yang Shi You 697 after delivery) was signed on Oct. 20th, 2009,Under top management, Triastoria has done coordination between Buyer and Seller, seek for the right solution for all the disputes, and successfully been acting as a ship broker. There were over 70 valued guests attending the delivery ceremony, Triastoria people overcome all the difficulties and all the unexpected emergencies, and achieved a wonderful ceremony, which has gained good remarks from both parties.

The deputy manager of offshore oil engineering department—Mr. Handson Shue just ended his 10-day visit in the Netherlands and returned to China. Following the basic design contract for COSL 350ft Jackup, which was signed by COSL and GustoMSC on February 13, 2007, Mr. Handson Shue accompanied COSL delegation to work with GustoMSC on the basic design. They also visited Gusto’s jacking system by this chance. At present, most of the basic design work is almost completed and all work is supposed to be fulfilled mid May. |

Founded in 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. OTC is held annually at Reliant Center in Houston.

Led of Mr.Tony Xue (Xue Changzheng), the Vice President, and by joint efforts of Daniel Liu(Liu Zhigang), Junhui Xu(Xu Junhui) , Joyce Feng( Feng Huajun) and the cooperation of the Commercial Department, the valve contracts for Shanghai LNG Peak Shaving Project were signed. ◇ Represented by TTC in China,Gusto MSC and COSL signed the basic design contract for COSL 350ft jackup
Gusto MSC--TTC's business partner in the Netherlands, with TTC's work, signed the contract with China Oilfield Service Limited(COSL) for the basic design of 350ft jackup on February 13,2007 in Shenzhen. CNOOC and COSL top management, 350ft jackup project team members, Liftboat project team members and representatives from ABS,CCS attended the signature ceremony. Both parties also signed the meeting memo to purchase the XY-skidding system and fixation system for two rig sets from Gusto MSC.
This is the first contract for Gusto MSC to sign such a contract with COSL since its entrance into China market 10 years ago. This is also the first large-scale contract signed by COSL under TTC's coordination. The meeting memo for the equipments would bring much economic benefit as well as social benefit. It is more exciting that COSL would start to build another two jackups soon and this will bring more economic benefit for MSC and TTC. |
